Return are always free!

The Buyer has the right to return the Product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Product. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

Procedure:

1. Please send an email to [email protected] to let us know about your upcoming return with your order number.

2. Expect information about your planned courier visit

3. Pack the goods by attaching a delivery note with the order number.

4. Your refund will be made within 72 hours of receiving your return. Your refund will be made to the credit card that was used to pay for the order.

EXCHANGE

Rig:Out does not exchange. You will receive a refund if you return your order.
